Kennedy Municipal Water Well: Bylaw 05/2004
The community well located at SW 28-12-03 W2 remains locked at all times, and access shall only be granted by paying a $50.00 annual fee, signing an agreement with the Municipality, and obtaining a key from the RM office. Access to the well is for residential use only and it is restricted to landowners residing in the RM of Wawken and RM of Hazelwood.
