Bylaws

Municipal Bylaws are the rulebooks that guides how our community is governed—how decisions are made, who has authority, how meetings are run, and what rights and responsibilities citizens and visitors can expect. Posting bylaws publicly supports transparency and fairness by ensuring everyone can access the same information and understand the processes in place. It also helps prevent misunderstandings, strengthens consistency in decision-making, and builds confidence that governance is being carried out in a clear, accountable, and respectful way.
